NafaaOne: why we open it in waves

NafaaOne is built. If we are not opening it to everyone at once, that is a choice, not a delay. Here is the logic behind access waves.

NafaaOne: why we open it in waves

NafaaOne is our super app: everyday services designed to work together, in a single interface. It is built and it runs. We could have announced it everywhere on the same day. We chose another road: opening it in waves.

The reason fits in one sentence: quality of service is proven, not declared. Each wave of users puts the system to the test in real conditions. We observe, we fix, we harden, then we widen. Every new wave inherits a stronger service than the one before.

This pace is not excessive caution. An application that people rely on every day is not allowed a youthful outage: trust lost at launch cannot be bought back. We would rather grow more slowly and keep every promise at every step.

Access opens wave after wave. The NafaaOne page shows what the application covers, and the contact form is all it takes to ask to join the next wave.
